Please meet Jane. She was wearing a collar with the leash attached to it when she was brought into the Gapyong pound. When we asked her to sit, she sat and gave a paw. Jane has a beautiful smile and her positive and friendly personality makes everyone laugh. Jane requires low maintenance. She loves to play with balls. She is either chasing a ball, bringing it back or imploring her human companions to “Throw it”!
NDR Training updates March 2020: Jane came to us quite scared of life and petrified of men. We do not know why she is so scared of life right now but she is with a committed foster who is helping her work through her trust & confidence issues. She currently is very hesitant and hides from men so any males in her future home will know that it will take her a while to warm up to you. Because of Jane’s severe fear, we are closely screening applicants for her to ensure that the right match is found that can help her through her fears. Jane may not be available immediately but if you think you have a patient home who can help her work through her fear, our training team will help determine if you can be the right home for her.
Jane is dreaming of a life with loving humans. If you are looking for a happy, well trained and affectionate snuggle buddy, please open up your heart and home for Jane.
She doesn’t feel safe so will not feel safe with the more erratic energy of young kids and will need a home with adults to work with her and build confidence with time, and through training.
