Well, mama always said there’s a lid for every pot, and I’m sure hopin’ she was right! The truth is I’m not perfect! I have a few flaws…and I’m comin’ to you hat in hand, hopin’ and prayin’ that you can see your way to lovin’ me despite my quirks and imperfections. To be honest (and I promised I would be!) I don’t like men. I don’t like cats (except to chase!) and if that’s not enough, I’m a barker…yup! there it is out in the open! No guys, no cats, no condos, no apartments. And I need slow intros to other dogs, so I guess I better say no dog parks.
Phew! I feel better with that out in the open. Now on the plus side, I’m funny, quirky, and once I get to know you (and assuming you’re the right gender!) I am as sweet and loving as a girl could be, you’ll be watchin’ tv and my head will be snuggled right up on your lap. And not to boast but I’ve done great things with my training! I walk really well on a leash, I heel politely and I park my bum down as soon as you say Sit! My training has helped me with new situations that previously scared me, so I’ve made great progress. I love all kids, including boys!

Coffee is one of a kind. She is loyal, a great snuggler, always by your side, and smart! Her idea of a perfect night? Cuddled up on the couch, head on your lap. She is crate trained (will go in for treats- but much prefers to be with you!) She is not food aggressive, and can be easily trained with treats! Coffee’s previous history is unknown and she is wary of everyone she meets, especially men, but once she warms up to you- she will be your best friend. Once she knows you’re her forever mama, she will be extremely loyal to you and only you!
She needs slow introductions to other dogs but has been fine in her foster home with other dogs around. Coffee has been in a training program and now has her basics down. She walks well on a leash, heels politely and knows how to sit. Coffee loves snuggles but does need slow introductions to new people. With her training that she has done, she is doing much better with new situations that were previously scary to her. Coffee comes with a trainer consult for potential applicants to ensure she is the right fit for your family.
